For the price we paid, the value at Old Pump House Villa was unbeatable. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect - a short walk to the town center and yet tucked away in a quiet area. The staff, especially Naomi from Pillow Partners, were excellent in their communication and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.
When it came to breakfast items, it would have been nice to have more variety and options to choose from.

My recent stay at The Old Pump House was a great experience overall. The spacious and comfortable house provided a cozy setting for a winter getaway. The bathrooms were clean and the hot water supply was plentiful. I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the convenience of having a dishwasher. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The communication with the host, Naomi, was excellent and she went above and beyond to address any issues that arose during my stay. The location of the property was also a major plus, as it was peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk or drive away from the main town center of Tenby. The dedicated parking made it even more convenient.

We had a wonderful winter stay at this spacious and comfortable house. The communication with Naomi, the agent at Pillow Partners, was excellent as she went above and beyond to address any issues we had. The bathrooms were very good and there was plenty of hot water. The house was private and the downstairs area was cozy. It was a relief to have a dishwasher and the beds were extremely comfortable. We also appreciated being able to stay an extra night due to the stormy weather.
Although the stormy weather kept us indoors at times, it would have been helpful to have a smart TV with more viewing options. The kitchen could use a bit of TLC and it would have been more convenient if tea, coffee, dishcloths, and bin liners were provided.
